Awareness in each breath

Hi, I'm Vanessa, wife and mother, yogi and yoga teacher since 2002. My path towards my healing, spirituality and reconnection with my wholeness as a human being was through yoga, decoded by science. I understand and live yoga beyond its current commercial appeal. I see it as a scientific way of living and benefiting from all the beautiful ancient teachings of this amazing and powerful technique of liberation. I truly believe yoga is for human beings who want to transcend their condition, who want courage, vital energy and light to be able to see and be true to their nature, immune to all the illusions surrounding them.

It is a joy to be part of your beautiful conscious journey of healing and freedom through yoga and neuroscience of meditation, that I believe is the new language of spirituality. Thank you!


Personal Yoga lessons

"Tailored for your needs."

Originally, yoga was taught by a teacher who worked with an individual on a one to one basis. The lesson would be tailored specifically to the needs of the person, their health, body type and lifestyle. Although group yoga classes are now the most popular way of learning yoga, this doesn't suit everyone. If you're interested in a personalized approach, then private yoga classes could be for you.

Private yoga lessons are ideal if you:

- would like a bespoke plan to improve your health and wellbeing
- are a beginner who wants to learn the basics before joining a group class.
- are someone who is recovering from an illness or has a health condition
- would like to explore yoga at your pace.
- are not comfortable in group settings
- are very busy, find it hard to fit in a regular class and want to practise yoga at a time to suit you.
- would like to take your practice to a deeper level and incorporate yoga philosophy and psychology.
- would like to treat yourself or someone else to a gift of yoga.

Every person is unique, each time they step on the mat, so every private yoga session is different and prepared to your needs, at that moment in time.

The wisdom of yoga at your pace

Each individual is unique

Private yoga sessions are scheduled for approximately 60 minute each, at a frequency of your choice. Ideal is two lessons per week.

Sessions might include:

- Postures (mindful movement, strength, stretch, balance,focus and power)

- Breathing practices

- Restorative Yoga

- Meditation (spiritual and scientific approach)

- Mudra (hand movements) & Mantra (affirmations)

- Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)

Consultancy & Workshops

workshops and yoga teacher training based on the traditional Indian knowledge of yoga, vedanta and ayurveda

meditation and yoga coaching for improvement of athletes and sports enthusiasts

Corporate Training/ Consultancy

Heart and Brain Coherence/ Neuroscience of Meditation/ Creative Results

This program is based in ancient techniques of meditation explained with the concepts of neuroscience and epigenetics. The method has an inside-out approach where is developed, in each individual, cooperativism,  awareness, support  for creating empowering, and a sense of wholeness. All this will show up as increased engagement, greater creativity, productivity and ultimately improved business results.
