Breathing Therapy

The core of this therapy is the breath. Once in this world of breathing, the experience promotes an alternative perceptual view. This naturally creates a biological and emotional state that help your mind and body cure stress, anxiety, fear and trauma from the past. We have different vibrations for different emotions, including for stress, anger and fear. These feelings are denser than the natural state of peace and tranquility. The internal vibration we create using our breath is so powerful that it allows us to access the regions in our body that have been closed down over time and liberate old tensions and trauma.
